Our annual community health fair returns Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 8:00am to 12:00pm at 806 W 3rd St., San Juan, TX. Stop by for free vision, blood sugar, and blood pressure checks, raffles, music, and school supplies for the kids. Everyone in the community is welcome.
