Language Access
You have the right to understand your care and to be understood. Interpreter services are free at every one of our clinics, in person or by phone, in Spanish and in other languages.
How to get help in your language
- At the clinic: tell the front desk the language you speak. You do not need to bring your own interpreter, and you should not be asked to rely on a child or friend to interpret.
- By phone: call 956.787.0787 and say the name of your language. Staff will connect a telephone interpreter.
- Written materials: our patient forms and notices are available in Spanish. Ask if you need a document explained in another language.
- Deaf or hard of hearing: qualified American Sign Language interpreters are provided on request at no cost. Please call ahead when you can so an interpreter is ready for your visit. TTY users can reach us through Texas Relay by dialing 711.
