If you do not have health coverage through Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), an employer, or another source, the Health Insurance Marketplace can help you find a plan that fits your budget. Open enrollment for 2027 coverage begins November 1, 2026 and ends January 15, 2027. January 15 is the last day to apply for 2027 coverage.
Our Outreach and Enrollment staff can help you compare plans, apply, or renew. The help is free. Many families qualify for lower monthly premiums based on household size and income. The flyer below has a quick chart to check.
What to bring
- Your best estimate of your household income for 2027
- Information on everyone who will be on your tax return
- Social Security numbers for everyone on the application
- Immigration documents, if anyone applying is a lawfully present immigrant
- Employer and income information for everyone in your household
